PETS – Pets are prohibited, except within the restrictions of the community and with the management’s written approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee ($400.00 for one pet and $800.00 for two pets; limit two pets per apartment). Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per pet. Pets must be licensed through the City of Duluth. All pet owners must follow leash law. The maximum pet weight limit is 75lbs at maturity. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

For Service or ESA animals, we will request documentation from a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or other mental health professional that the person requesting the accommodation has a disability (if the disability is not obvious), and the animal provides emotional support that alleviates one or more symptoms of the disability. We do not accept any type of certificates for ESA’s.

A reasonable accommodation should be requested by the applicant(s). A member of our staff will provide you our  “Resident’s Request for Assistance Animal” form to complete and return, along with the “Verification for Assistance Animal” form to be completed by your physician or mental health specialist as outlined above. Our approval process for Assistance Animal support takes less than 72 hrs from the date the documents are submitted.
