Pet Policies
Cats and dogs up to 100 pounds permitted. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. Non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first animal. $200 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $20 per pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
Cars & Parking
Residents are allowed one car per lease holder and our parking lot has open parking as an added convenience for our residents.
Residents can find parking in our free and open parking lot that features an abundant amount of spaces for our residents to park their vehicles.
